        Worst contractor I have ever dealt with and I am in the contacting business. I feel like I need to warn others now given the fact that Wade is finally facing prison time. He is a crook! He shouldnt be allowed to handle anyones money!

        My pool was supposed to be completed in October 2022. It is still sitting unfinished 7 months later. In fact the form is now falling into disrepair. They promise dates which pass and then they ghost me for long periods of time. Maybe their finished product is good, but I dont know because they havent finished much of anything. I cant use my yard, and now everything is caving in. Service: Inground pool installation

        I cannot recommend Heartland Pool and Spa. We signed a contract with Heartland in April of 2021 and our pool is still not complete. Our original completion date was spring of 2022, then end of September and then end of October. Unfortunately, we had to hire an attorney after the third promised date passed and Heartland stopped communicating with us. They have failed to even respond to our attorney. Please do your research outside of these Google reviews as many of the positive reviews appear to be from the owners and their family. I would highly recommend reviewing Yelp, BBB complaints and Johnson County Court records. Many recent experiences look similar to ours. Edit: Heartland, thanks for your response. This is the first time we have heard from you in months and you have yet to respond to our attorney. Our pool is still not complete. While you apologize, you are not attempting to complete the job you contracted with us. We did not submit any change orders. The only changes made were to correct faulty workmanship. Also, the pandemic was in 2020. It is currently 2023. If you would like to continue airing our grievances via Google review, please respond. Otherwise, you have our contact information. Best.       Michaela, thank you for sharing your experience with Heartland Pool and Spa. All types of feedback is wanted and welcomed. We regret that the completion of your pool took longer than expected. However, we would like to note that due to the significant amount of change orders it delayed the completion of the pool, as well as signing up during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic when supplies were difficult to obtain.
