I would like to take Dustin with ASP for the outstanding job he did in closing our pool. He was very courteous, polite and professional. He arrived when he said he would and was very through . Thanks again and we would most definitely recommend Dustin to open, close and maintain your pool.

We had the Johnson County location of American Swimming Pool Company come out to winterize our pool last fall. When a 3rd party company came to open it a few weeks ago they found it was not winterized properly and we have severely cracked pipes. We have currently been unable to resolve this situation as the company will not show up when they have been scheduled to fix it. They admitted that it was due to their faulty work and agreed to fix it but do not show up when they are planned. I will post an update if this issue gets resolved but at this time I would warn anyone against using the Johnson County location or anyone in this franchise. We have contacted corporate and the location's owner daily for the past two weeks with no success. Please let me know if anyone can help me resolve this issue as soon as possible. We currently have a green pool sitting in our backward and are unable to see the bottom of it. This is a huge safety concern with 3 small children living in our home. Be warned that this company does not follow through on their work!
