Lakeview Village

This review is for the Child Development Center daycare, I can't speak for the Lakeview Retirement Community. My two kids went to daycare here and the teachers were wonderful, the teachers in the newborn room were especially good but all of the teachers were solid. They attended before the pandemic hit. Both my kids received good care while they were here. They have a program where older residents from the community will come down and read to the kids, do activities, etc.

This was the worst job experience Ive ever had. I was terminated because a he/she in management didnt like that I challenged her in a meeting. She tried to get me fired by lying and trying to get a resident to say I was negligent and to that resident. I wrote a LONG statement. They terminated me with no pay to claim they would investigate the matter. After being off work without pay for about 2 weeks, they called me to terminate me over the phone. I filed unemployment, and received my unemployment pay immediately, after they were found to have wrongfully terminated me. This company is very discriminatory in nature, and you will not be treated fairly unless youre Caucasian. Apply elsewhere! Im an Entrepreneur now, and am so grateful for the poor treatment from management here, because it taught me how to NEVER treat people who work under me and it pushed me into being a successful entrepreneur, so thank you!

Been calling phone numbers listed on website for 3 days and still cannot get through to office. Anyone know of different numbers?

I came to Lakeview Village for rehab after a stroke. I couldn't walk and had excellent therapists that worked with me and encouraged me as I improved. I can now walk again. All the staff were so helpful and friendly.
