    Don't give any credence to their rebate offers. You have to spend too much time providing extraneous information. Then they'll come back and say your submission is incomplete, BUT THEY COMPLETELY VAGUE ON WHAT'S WRONG!

    Refund Requested Due to Feliway Product Discolored Walls December 23rd, 2023 I wrote the email below to CEVA. They declined my request for refund. Do not buy their Flyway products. They will discolor your walls and you'll have to repaint to fix. The walls will not come clean any other way. Dear Feliway Team, I trust this email finds you well. My name is Kristy Jo Winkler, and I am reaching out regarding a concerning issue I've encountered with your Feliway products. Additionally, I want to bring to your attention a series of online complaints, echoing similar experiences, and share the challenges I've faced in attempting to remedy the situation. I recently purchased various Feliway products from Amazon, including: -FELIWAY Optimum, Enhanced Calming Pheromone 30-day Refills -FELIWAY Optimum Cat, Enhanced Calming Pheromone Diffuser, 30 Day Starter Kits Unfortunately, my excitement about these products turned into disappointment when I discovered that they caused significant discoloration on my newly painted walls. It is important to note that I did not notice this issue until my house was newly painted in October of this year. The unexpected outcome has not only impacted the aesthetic of my living space but has also led to additional, unforeseen expenses. In an effort to rectify the situation, I have spent hours researching information, cleaning, diagnosing, and composing this email. I have tried numerous paint-safe cleaning products to remove the oil residue left by the Feliway products, but regrettably, none have been successful.
