Doesn't answer the phone and hangs up on you when they do rather than put you on hold. Wouldn't mind if I was put on hold but just to completely disregard customers is bad business.

Good, attentive employees & they are usually reliable. Only thing that keeps it from 5 stars is that when I drop off a prescription they usually make me wait several hours where as other pharmacies would have the prescription ready in about 30 minutes.

Great staff, and exceptional service. They had my prescription when other pharmacies didn't. Will definitely be going back!

The pharmacy staff transferred my medication to their location because they said they had it in stock, then when I got there they said they didn't have it in stock, they had no explanation for why I was told otherwise, and then was chastised for asking for an explanation by 3 of their workers at the same time until I gave up in disgust and left. I'm glad other people have had positive experiences here but their current staff is extremely rude. Only go here if you enjoy being publicly humiliated and lied to.

The young man with dark hair who is always there when I am picking up my meds is incredibly kind. I had to pick up a prescription which they didnt have in stock, and he very kindly offered to call other Hyvees to see who had my script. This guy needs a raise. Transferred my script without a problem. Hardly ever a wait there unlike some places.
