Kayla was exceptional and helped me every step of the way, even offering to make a visit to the new house. We bought a 7 year old home and planned to replace all the carpet. We didn't have unlimited access and Kayla really worked hard to make sure the carpet choices and colors would look well in the house and within our budget. We upgraded the pad at her suggestion and couldn't be more pleased. She even helped me design a furniture arrangement after we moved in and discovered the old furniture wasn't fitting the room well. It looks great now. Tge staff was knowledgeable,
professional, personable, approachable and great at problem solving and service.
