        I went in on 7/3/23 to the branch on 87th and lackmen branch # 1021 were I have my business account for over 6 years I have never been so Disrespected and Humiliated before by a Branch Manger ( Adam Edwards) this young man is NOT ready for management. Respectfully Disrespected and Humiliated Customer

        I've been banking with bank midwest for about 10 years and never had any issues until the last year and now I'm having issues everytime I try to withdraw or transfer funds they keep misplacing the money or losing it until I come back and make a big deal about it.

        The friendliest and most competent bank manager and staff I've interacted with. COVID has been so weird and they've worked so hard to stay open and up to date with new banking loans and info.
