        In case BOA couldnt get any worse, your hours are awful, and now not a single one of your outdoor ATMs works. What is even the point of your bank at this point besides to collect interest on MY money?

        This back is always closed. And the hours are only till 4. I don't understand this. Working people need to get to the banks in the week days as well. Closing at 4 makes this really difficult. Or I have to lose time at work....
