Apartment is decent. Very little parking which sucks. They began maintenance on the pool the weekend before Memorial Day. It is so torn apart who knows when it will be completed. So glad my family will be able to swim this summer.

Avoid these apartments! My sister rents there and she has a brown recluse infestation that the complex will not do anything about. She lives in fear, sets traps around her bed and sometimes catches multiple spiders at night. It's expensive, dangerous, and completely disgusting. What a nightmare!

Stay Away! I went from living in a home to staying in this apartment on a 6 month lease. I knew there would be noise, but these apartments are so cheaply built, you hear the toilet flushing in every unit. Then once i moved out, i apparently didn't give notice. Because its COVID, and the office is never open. Instead of notifying you of a bill that shouldnt of occured, they email a fake domain, and send you to collections. Brutal customer service, took 2 weeks to fix a broken sliding door, and again, hearing your neighbors grunt while going to the bathroom. NASTY She did not. I was advised it was not the apartments issue any further. Please reach out to further address the issue.

Apartments are pretty nice , But fair warning dont know who bought or whose there purchaser for items in the apartments when they built these places . They have the smallest toilets I have ever seen , needless to say they get clogged up super easily. When you complain they want to send someone over to plunge them . Like I cant do that ! Its the principle. Also the Pet deposit , they kept that and also trying to charge me 695.00 more to replace the carpets . There was a main water line break on the 3rd floor it took them 3-4 weeks later to come paint and clean the carpets . Highly recommend try other properties.
