Treated my sister and her family terribly. Neighbors are always harassing her without end. Rent is way too high for the quality of the place. Office has done nothing except feed in to the neighbors harassment.

Today, I want to share some very important news about so well-trained and professional They are London House's finest maintenance workers I know Mark and Kevin. I put a few work orders that were not emergencies in on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, the maintenance team responded to me by Thursday morning, ready to go to work. Kevin came to my door, and he so kindly introduced himself to me. He told me what he came to fix and how he was going to work on it. He smiled all through my apartment as he was fixing the new deck London House had put up for us last year. Well, my mom's wooden deck wasn't nailed in correctly from the four corners. I expected him to come to repair it with a team of at least two other people. Kevin worked it all alone in just a matter of time. A second work order that I put in to have fixed was the shade blades, a few had fallen off. Save the best for last, Mark. He came to fix my bedroom fan. Neither he was going to do the repairs and then leave. No, Mark took his time to test and retest the light on the fan. He fixed the fan in my spare room, it looks too good and . sharp, and he fixed the fan so well. It's even higher up, the light stays on without the fan moving. And the fan is higher up and it looks so modern. I'm so happy with both Kevin and Mark that they cared enough about the work they did for me so professionally.

Looking to move this summer and stopped in to see a 2br. The staff was welcoming and the 2br was spacious. I love the location definitely on my list.

I moved in the first of Jan and i love it. Jeff made the whole process so easy and i have no complaints. Tara and Jeff super nice people and have always answered my questions fully and get the job done. Maintenance have been great too. Work orders are easy to put in and great response time and work has been done right. I love my apartment and neighbors are friendly. Quiet community. They office has nice activities and doing things like giving candy and flowers at Valentine's. I truly feel they care about their renters. I dont see myself moving anytime soon. I really loves this community
