        Mostly average rental management. Nothing out of the ordinary. Raises rent based on military housing rates and rent became too high based on the units needing upgrades. Old countertops and shag carpet, old metal blinds, lighting and sink/bathroom faucets. Vinyl flooring in bathrooms.

        We had such a great experience renting from Wiggin Property Management. Any home concerns we had, they were quick to respond and make sure it got fixed. I seriously can't recommend them enough!

        Management office is easy to deal with and quick in their response times when dealing with maintenance issues. One of the best property management teams we have ever dealt with in our 13 years of moving around the country. Their GC is a bit off and unorganized.
