Apartment rental from hell. The "wannabe upscale" 1 1/2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in a historical building with a whopping price tag of $1100 per month was dirty upon move in, complete with carpet that stunk, fingernails in the floor, disgusting washing machine/dishwasher, and some of the previous tenant's belongings. There were 28 maintenance issues over 11 months and a noisy neighbor that shouted out profanities and made obscene noises incessantly. The noisy neighbor issue was never resolved. They have some great pictures of model units online that look nothing like the unit you will receive and provide no pictures of the actual unit upon request. I have rented apartments/houses for 20 years and have never had an experience as negative as this one. I advise avoiding Greenamyre Rentals.

I have only been renting from the Greenamyre Management since June, but during this time I have loved being at my residence. The maintenance crew have been wonderful, I needed assistance with my blinds and they were very quick to help make it right. The ladies in the office are very polite and welcoming. I had an issue with my pet and Crystal went above and beyond to fix the problem. I would recommend renting from Greenamyre Management.

I consider Greenamyre a premier provider of rental properties in the Leavenworth/Lansing area - this is not a hobby but rather a rental empire - properties are hight quality in many price ranges. Construction and service is provided internally plus offered to the general public and commercial and they purchase locally when available. First class operation.

I Called about this apartment, An appointment was set up, I was met by a very friendly and professional lady (Crystal). The walk through was done, I loved the apartment! I was called back and asked if I would like to come fill out paper work, a couple of days later it was offered to me ! The rest is history! Thank you so much Crystal!
