I have been dealing with Dr. Igawa for 20 years and I love her and Hanna has been my dental hygienist for 3 years now and I had Dr. Kendall do my wisdom teeth surgery down stairs and I felt nothing my favorite office for Heartland Dental would have to be the Basehor office because the front desk gal and I grew up in Basehor KS that's where i went to school

Set up an initial appointment for my family. Told me they texted and didnt get a confirmation so they canceled. The text they sent merely stated we had an appointmentdidnt say anything about confirming. Only option was to stop messages (which we did not). Front desk called a week prior asking for insurance information we had already given during the set up. Place is horrid! If you enjoy dealing with Karens at the front deskhave your fun and stay there. New potential customers, advise to stay away. And yes, when showing up finding out my appointments had been canceled I was beyond rude - no excuse other than I had taken off work and taken my son out of school for no reason. Legends area has better service, quicker appt times. This place takes advantage of people in a small town that feel like they have no other options. Suggest taking your money and insurance money else where.
