I called today and the lady that answered the phone was beyond rude, unhelpful and cold. She cut me off and stating they are not seeing new patients, without even confirming if I was a new patient. Will never call again.

I called on Friday because I cracked my back molar and was having horrible pain. I was told they were the best and could get me in so I called. I was told they weren’t taking new patients. Rude, non compassionate, and totally unfeeling. They did not care I was referred by other patients.
