Our company prides itself on high customer satisfaction having over 230 5 star reviews so I am confused when you say there is "a scam". Our dealership offers a number of vehicle financing options, some of which can be paid off early with no additional interest and some that can't. If you are referring to our in house leasing you can pay the lease off early but there will be interest included in the payoff. This is something we review with every customer before they start their lease and it is clearly printed on their lease contracts. Most of our lease customers choose to include GAP insurance with their lease to protect them in the event they total the car and their payoff is more than the car is worth. GAP insurance has saved our customers tens of thousands of dollars over the years. You are also correct that you are required to have full coverage insurance when financing a vehicle with us. Almost every bank or dealership requires a customer to have full coverage insurance if they have a loan or lease on a car. As far as the accident when you hit the deer we are more than happy to work with you to help get things taken care of. With most insurance type claims both our company and the insurance will need to speak with the legal owner of the vehicle (the person who's signed the contracts). At the end of the day we do all we can to make sure our customers are happy and the overwhelming majority of them are. As far as your comments go I think there must be some confusion. There is no where that we list or say that we "do not check credit" . We have an approval process that does not depend on your credit score but we still check all of our customers' credit.  We primarily do this so we can verify your identity and validate the information a customer provided us on their credit application.As far as your vehicle being a lease I checked through our calls and text's with you and you were told this was a lease several times. Furthermore, all of the text emails, and contracts we sent you state that your vehicle would be leased very clearly.  I am also confused when you stated we only take payments at 1am. Our payment department is open Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and we also have an option to set up automatic payments for all of our customers so they never have to call in if they choose to.
