We had a horrible experience. The staff there was rude and impatient. I was so sad that I had to deal with that especially when I had a sick child with me.

My daughter had her physical in January 2023 and Ive been getting nonstop invoices for payment when its 100% covered by insurance. I talked with billing in May once and again in July twice and they kept saying they didnt understand what was going on but would contact insurance and get back to me, but dont worry or pay the invoice cause itll be covered fully as its routine visit and my daughter has Medicare United Health Community Plan which covers 100% through heartland. Ive now called 2x since our last talk in July and left messages regarding why Im still getting a bill for her January physical and no one responds to me anymore. I reached out to my insurance and they are stating Panda hasnt even submitted anything to them in 2023 at all. Ive used this clinic since 2020 and its turned to an absolute mess. Strongly do not recommend.
