Went in for a cleaning.was told I have periodontal disease (i have never had issues with my gums/teeth, get cleanings regularly and floss daily) and i required a Deep Cleaning (super expensive even after insurance). They sent me home and no cleaning was done. My husband went in later for a cleaning as well and was told the EXACT same thing and sent home with no cleaning. The estimate they gave me was even more expensive then the one he received for the same deep cleaning.(we have the same insurance). I scheduled with another dentist in town who said everything looked great. I told him what West Lawrence Dentistry said about periodontal disease that required a deep cleaning. He looked confused and said "you do not have periodontal disease and do not require a deep cleaning whatsoever." He asked where I went. When I told him West Lawrence Dentistry he rolled his eyes and said no, they sound like they are looking for a cash grab. I will never go back here and neither will my husband. Be careful with their recommendations and maybe seek a second opinion before you commit to any expensive and probably unnecessary procedure.

Very attentive, professional, friendly and quick service!! I had my tooth pull out right away 4 months ago!!Relieved from pain right away!!Thank so much for your service! Very recommending place if you need of affordable and professional service! the guy that answered the phone was very helpful, dr. was knowledgeable and quick!!

Sadly this is the worst dentist I have ever been to including dentists in Hinesville Georgia, Kansas City, and other dentists I have been to in Lawrence. I wanted this place to work because of the convenience and the modern look but I will not return here, 4 times and a mistake each time was enough for me. Just to add something positive though the actual dentists had good attitudes they were never disrespectful. We just only get one set of teeth and we go to the dentist to get them fixed not further damaged. I chose this dentist because this was the only one that accepted Tricare that was not far away. I went to 4 appointments here one check up, one cleaning, one filling and a root crown replacement. The root canal replacement took forever they had a sign on the window of the room I was in that even said "get a root canal in 2 hrs" but I was there for 3.5 hrs not because it took that long to replace it they did a bunch of other patients in between that time the numbing started to wear off. They also kept this string in my gum to prevents my gums from sticking to the crown replacement (which I understand) but when the numbing agent wore off I told them it was starting to hurt and I could feel it throbbing and I wanted to be done already. Then they came back to the room and offered another numbing shot but I would have been numb mostly in my face for another 4 to 6 hours so I declined. Anyway they finished and since then my back tooth behind the root canal is sensitive like as if they pulled the gum back to far and exposed some of my nerves. I still went back for another appointment after this because I like giving chances but I then experiences a dental assistant who was careless and rough with the plaque remover tool and she kept catching my gums and they were bleeding and after about the 4th time I pulled back and said ow and she was a little better.
