Holiday Apartments

Cute apartments at a good price. Well maintained.

My partner applied and visited the apartment complex a few weeks ago, they were friendly and acted as if they were going to give him the apartment. After he applied and sent everything correctly they went silent. He kept being told hell be informed in a few weeks if he got it. That time would pass and he would call asking for an answer. Finally, the next deadline passed and he still had not heard back. He called them and they said they already rented out that apartment. They had no intention of telling him and as a young person trying to get his first apartment they strung him along and had no respect that this is about his living situation. They should have had the organisation and respect to tell him sooner and they are also in no rush. Its a shame as it couldve good.

(a note the tour guide was nice no complaints to her. the manger? was rude) took almost three weeks to look at my application and then tried to tell me i was denied without telling me a reason :/ then were rude on the phone because I was upset (but i was very understanding about it.) EVENTUALLY said I could as a co-signer but Its not worth it to me now. unprofessional as someone who also works in housing.

I stayed here for two years while I did my master's degree (just moved out), and it was the best value I could find in town. I signed the lease expecting a pretty basic, ugly apartment, but on moving day, I walked in and the entire place had been renovated and was brand new. I expected them to raise the rent on me when I renewed my lease, but they didn't. I had a bit of a problem with roaches and the neighbors when I moved in, but management took care of both problems. Maintenance was always fast and friendly. I also love the location of this apartment complex, as it is quiet and out of the way, but still feels very safe. Last word, this is probably the first time in my life that I didn't feel ripped off after getting my deposit back. Management is friendly and trustworthy. Would definitely live here again if I ever moved back.
