Ever since JLE took over, I have nothing bad to say, so this is my geniune opinion. Lane is a great property manager and very responsive and attentive. Maintenance is also quick and very polite. I moved here in July of 2021, and I am moving out in 6 weeks. I loved my time here. I lived in a 1 bd it was very spacious and had a private balcony. Pool is nice and free coffee in the lounge. Central location near downtown but still far enough removed that it's not loud. Friendly people. Pet friendly. Nice finishes in the units. I lived at HERE Kansas for 5 years while I was in school, and I wish I would've checked this out sooner because it's so much nicer and actually worth the money. I will miss this apartment a lot. Nothing but positive things to say. It's definitely a luxury experience in downtown Lawrence at a decent price point for location and space.

Great staff, very accommodating and friendly! Building is kept clean, nice amenities, fun pool area on the roof! Secure building and under ground parking.
