Trying to get a refund for a undelivered order from this store. Is worse than pulling teeth. Then they tried to tell me I was confused. And then got mad when I said I wasn't. Had Walmart online telling me what needed to happen. And told them they have to cancel the order and return the items into the store system. Because I cannot. Not cool. Not cool at all. Just return my money already so I can rebuy the things I need. Definitely won't be using delivery from this store anymore. Only reason I did was because I had back surgery and restricted from driving. But the part where she tried to tell me there is nothing they can do. And tried to put it on me is ridiculous. If I could cancel the order. I WOULD HAVE DONE IT ALREADY! It is now the 6th and still no refund. Since they decided to lie and say delivery attempted instead of they couldn't deliver the order or wouldn't deliver the order and canceled. I am still in limbo with getting my funds back. Funds I need to reorder some of the things. This is ridiculous.
