        I have a good experience with property manager Kelly Carson. She came in on her day off and showed me a few units. She takes pride in her properties and is serious about improving customer service. She did explain there have been negative reviews from dissatisfaction in the past but her goal is to turn all of that around. What I do appreciate is she returned my holding fee back to me when she did not have too. I told her I was going to look around more and she was understanding. The property owner made the right choice by selecting her.

        Place has a rep, but Kelly has made it worth while! Any problems weve had shes sure to get them taken care of in a timely manner! Weve had no major issues here & the minor issues we do have, shes on it! Thank you Kelly! You help make the place a home!
