Courtyard Apartments

Ive lived her for a few years and I would say I absolutely love the leasing agent here she goes above and beyond to meet the needs of her tenants!

I just moved in last week. I have to say Im very very happy with my decision. TyRisha has really done a great job with these apartments! She has stayed on top of the things that I have noticed needed fixed! My kids love going to play in the playground outside. I love that they have a dog park for the four legged family members. It does feel like a very open door policy where if you had any issues TyRisha does not make you feel bad for expressing those!

The office staff manager at this complex was very helpful, prompt, and professional. My new place feels very homely. Thank you Tyrisha for everything you done.

This place has one of the nicest on site leasing agents Tyrisha was very nice very well informed and answered all the questions we had Tyrisha's office was neat and tidy the grounds were very nice and clean.all the new accommodations like a dog park and playground for the kids all wonderful upgrades. I would recommend Courtyard Apartments to everyone who is looking for a nice community area to live. Everyone is nice and friendly and that is a big plus in my eyes. My boyfriend is so very happy to be living here his apartment is very nice and was move in ready very clean and smelled great. And the rent is so much more affordable than most apartment complexes in emporia.

I recently moved at the Courtyard apartments and I honestly couldn't be happier! The bedrooms are massive and the property manager TyRisha is amazing. I had a couple small issues with a clogged sink and leaky potty from last tenants and she got them fix within the next day. She is available everyday in office and my children love going to see her, which is amazing considering the last place I lived my kids where scared to go outside. My family and I were almost immediately comfortable here and so much happier due to the environment TyRisha provides to the residents and property! If I had to pick one thing that could be better I would have to say we need a bigger playground. Simply due to the fact that with all the new multiple children families moving in they need more room to safely play together. I'm excited for our new life here.
