Smoothie King

So we went to smoothie king in derby cause weve never been there and it was closer to our house than the one down town. Last night my wife got sick and we believe it was from the smoothie she had because she didnt have anything else after that. Just thought other people should know.

One star review due to management: Around Valentine's Day I went to buy a smoothie for one of my residents at the nursing home I work at. The store had a bowl with bags full of candy and coupons so I naturally took one. When I went in today to use the coupon the store manager kept scowling at me, and accused her employee of giving it to me; giving the employee a verbal warning. Every time I go in there with that manager present she is always extremely rude and, more often than not, verbally abusing employees.. I don't know why that woman is in a position of power.

I was very impressed by the polite helpful service, first time going didnt know what to get for my grand baby but the girl at register answered many questions with a genuine smile. I wish I knew her name, the other young woman was helpful as well. Smoothie both mine and my granddaughters were good. Thanks for serving me in such a great manner really made me feel welcomed . Good job
