Had my CV joints replaced in May. My trans just went out and Im getting a call that my CV joints are also bad. When auto masters installed the cv joints they punctured the boot and theyve been slinging grease everywhere. I live in oklahoma and without a transmission the car is immobile. Called auto masters as to getting at least parts refunded for the cv joints they messed up and they would fully cover them if I bring the car to them. 2 hours away. The car wont drive but since I cant bring the car to them they wont do squat. Save yourself the trouble. They cant practice good business. I know labor cant be refunded but why am I paying for parts that obviously werent put in right and went bad in a less than a year.

The guys there need to learn customer service and not treat females like they are stupid. One guy came over to McDonald's on k 15 and when we told him we couldn't figure out how to get our portable jumper connected he rudely said "you got to hit start button to start up" we know that's what you're supposed to do. Poor customer service and will never use them to repair our vehicles
