It was a busy day for them. So it took 2 to 3 hours for several of the orders to get filled. Out of 100 fish I bought, I lost about 10% by the time I got them to my pond.

Their restocking fees are a joke. They couldn't tell me which part number I needed. I returned the part I didn't use and they hit me with a 25% fee to return parts.
