      image I haven't had much experience with the geek squad. But in my limited interaction they seemed to have misrepresented what their insurance covered when I initially bought a phone and then when I tried to use the coverage to get a phone replacement they sent me a not fully functional phone twice and had not offered any kind of compensation for all my time wasted. The service people were professional and knew what they were doing but the whole ordeal will keep me from using their services again
