Trevor at this location is so awesome!!! He has helped me twice now. He is calm, thorough and a wealth of information. I couldn't be happier with the help I've received from him. The rest of the staff is friendly as well. Thanks, Trevor.

Getting your phone approved at this store for upgrade eligibility is worst then going through security at the airports. Make you want to go somewhere multiple times to get it approved instead of telling you what it all needs for approval and a surface scratch too deep.

Needed them to put a Sim card in my 70yo mother's phone and activate it. (they shipped her a new phone but her Sim was Mia). They didn't do it, then they called me but didn't leave a message and of course you can't get back ahold of a human if you call the store directly. I'm sure this will stretch on to another day of her being without a working form of communication. Everytime I deal with customer service it is a nightmare. This is what we get for allowing Cartels to rule everything, from Cell phones to utilities, operating systems to snacks and sodas... Everything in this country is run by collusion and monopoly.

We stopped in today for assistance since we wanted to port in multiple lines. Paul A. helped us and he was extremely knowledgeable, patient, detail-oriented, and friendly. He made sure we understood our options, so we can make an informed decision. I think this was one of the best experiences weve had at a cell phone store. Im writing this in hopes that T-Mobile recognizes his work. Give Paul a promotion!

Lied to in order to update. They didnt correctly apply my phone credit to my phone line, but instead applied it to my watch. Didnt correctly apply my watch credit. This caused my bill to be incorrect for several months. I waited to receive the new bill so I could check to make sure it was correct and it wasnt which caused me to contact customer service. Customer service had to fix the issue with my two credits, but couldnt give me what I was told at the store for a trade in. My bill is now higher than what I expected and have written down. Get it together and make sure you all are paying attention to what youre doing. Folks dont have extra money to waist because of your mess ups!
