        There is only 1 person working in here at any given time. Hour wait minimum for anything you need unless you are by chance the 1st person to arrive.

        We went in to pay off phones and unlock numbers to change carriers. Nobody tried to give a different plan to stay, or even ask why we were leaving. Then, they neglected to turn in the form to unlock the numbers so we could transfer to the new carrier. Now, they say since the new billing cycle has gone into effect, we need to pay another months bill before they will unlock the phone numbers. My wife has been with US Cellular for around 15 years and not one soul there cares about anything. Ridiculous business practices. Horrible customer service. Misleading plan pricing.
