        I was greeted at the door by a girl I couldn't even tell worked for the bank, based on her greeting and the personal items she was holding. She was friendly but also had no idea what she was doing; unable to solve my issue and open an account. After 20min, she simply gave up and expected me to also just quit and leave. I insisted on at least a follow up phone call from the absent branch manager and was told I would receive one. It's now over two weeks later and I've heard nothing. When I call the 800 number, I'm told that I need to visit a branch in person. Fantastic. EDIT: After leaving this review, I received a follow up call from the manager. She took responsibility and is following up with the back office. Thanks for taking action.

        Staff don't seem to know what to do. Banker acts like he does, but no follow thru, very frustrating

        Auto financing isn't discussed at location anymore apparently. Online only. What's the point of a physical location with employees then honestly.
