Purchased a Samsung A03. (8/23/22 @ 11:52AM) Matthew S. was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Now the bad part; while Matt was busy configuring my phone the district manager called and proceeded to harangue the poor kid for 3 minutes....3 minutes! I heard the whole thing, I won't go into the details, but I can tell you it was fairly innocuous. Matt is a consummate professional, he finished the call with a smile, apologized for inconveniencing me and finished up with my phone. The district manager could learn a thing or two from Matt.
