        I have done business with National for the last 6 years and I am continually impressed with their customer service and attention to detail. I have had no issues over several rentals I have made during this time. I applaud National for their response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the extra safety measures they have put in place.         There are not a bigger group of idots then what National calls "customer care." Absolute garbage! I am ashamed to be a loyalty member.

        Lady at counter was very RUDE she was more intrested in talking with employees, than helping customers return cars. I had a few issues I wanted to discuss with her but all she would say is go drop keys in drop box and went back to her hen cackling.
