Rented a Range Rover for a week. Was a clean car but the next day check engine came on and drove terrible which happens. No biggie. Kind of an inconvenience but it happens. Went back the next day and right away Will by returns helped me out right away. I had my wife and 6 month old child with me and got me into and another Range Rover 2022 brand new. Also Noah was working the customer service booth which also helped with the exchange and got me an extra for free for the inconvenience. Thanks to these 2 guys I was in and out of there in about 45 mins. Would of been quicker but I had a lot of luggage that Noah also helped me move into the vehicle. 5 stars for sure. Great job guys!! Thanks again 🙏🏼

I flew into LAX originally with a National reservation, and I was going on a ski trip with friends of mine so we booked a full size vehicle (tahoe) as that's what we needed. Let me start by saying, National was no help and each car they gave us smelled like smoke. They said they only have two full size vehicles in their fleet, both which didn't fit us 4 with our ski equipment (much smaller than tahoe size) and the vehicles were old, dirty, scratched, and cramped. Not the experience you want to have being an Executive level and spending over $1,000 for a one week rental. By the end of the day before we were off on our road trip I took the vehicle back to National and returned it. It wasn't going to work and I wasn't appreciative of the little to no customer service National gave me. I went over to Enterprise to see if they could help us out as they had a much bigger employee presence. That is where Amorah came to save the day! She not only listened to us to provide us exactly what we needed, but she even assisted in closing the National agreement and apologized for their lack of customer service. Our end result was great as she put us in a AWD expedition (which is the original size of the vehicle we requested) and walked us through each step of the reservation, start to finish. Her customer service was outstanding and she went out of her way to make sure we were happy and content with the vehicle we were renting. She genuinely saved our trip, and from now on I will only be renting with Enterprise even having National status, their customer service is spot on. Thank you Amorah and thank you Enterprise for helping me when others couldn't. Will be back soon.
