Generally friendly service but consistently drop the ball at getting the mail in the right box. Legal docs with a tracking number delivered to the wrong box? Unacceptable

Wow, where to begin. I’ve dealt with some terrible post office workers in my lifetime and the cities I’ve lived in, but this location and some of these employees top the chart. The. Absolute. Worst. My dad checks the mail on a near-daily basis and yet, they’ve had the nerve to leave us notes to “check our mail regularly.” Why would we order items and then let them sit at the post office for days or weeks? We don’t. In fact, we received a note today to “check our mail regularly” and the packages were all delivered TODAY. Not yesterday, not two days ago, not three weeks ago… TODAY. Last week, they placed a package of ours in ANOTHER person’s box and I had to meet the person to get my item. What in the world?! How is this okay? I’ve spoken to Ronnie on the phone after a mail delivery driver from this location left a crude note on my parent’s door and I truly don’t know if I’ve spoken to someone so disrespectful. My grandfather worked for the Taylor Post Office for many years and he’d be so disappointed to see and know it’s being run this way. All in all, I’d recommend using another mail service - it’s a shame considering the USPS is slowly failing, but with locations like this, it makes sense how and why they’re going bankrupt.

Ok after living in Taylor Texas for 5.5 years and had to fight with the people at this post office for every thing we relocated out of the state and had the forward address on recorder at USPS (had to pay them to do this ) and 3 weeks later I won some thing on ebay and forgot to change my address and the package went to Taylor USPS office I figure no big deal it will be forward and I was wrong they tried to believe the package .I called and talked a vary nice person there and she no problem it will be forward and I was happy and said Thank you !! So make a long store it was sent back to sender and now I have to pay again to have the item shipped to me! So any one living in Taylor do your self a favor take you package to Hutto or Round Rock !! The worst post office that I have ever dealt with in my 53 years
