When we first met with the people at Downing, I didn't quite understand the concept of being a full service builder. As time went on, it became clear that they were going to do ALL of the heavy lifting and made our ideas come to life. Although I initially fought the idea of incorporating the furniture purchase with the build, it couldn't have been a better experience. They were able coordinate furniture lead times with construction schedules and took the thinking out of where outlets were needed (for furniture) and so many other details that I would have been responsible for coordinating (and probably several missed hand offs) if I took the furniture project on myself. At the end of the build when we were moved in, I couldn't have been happier with the decision to let them take care of everything so I could focus on my actual job. Well done to the crew at Downing, I would highly recommend to anyone looking and will be using them again in the future when the time comes!!
