We love our home they helped us create! From finalizing the plans to starting the basement in November - to moving in to our home in June. They answered all our questions and emails with smiles. We sometimes still cant believe we are living in our dream home- we call the Ranch. We highly recommend Krier Homes.

Poor craftsmanship. Cut corners. Carelessness on most areas from start to most often late finishes. Very poor communication. Home purchaser isn't priority money is. Quantity over quality. I'd believe you years ago but now they aren't even done on time. And need better quality control.

I can't say enough about the very positive experience we had with Wausau Homes Indianola. We had a strict budget and they were able to stick to it. They had excellent communication and let us know what was going on during the whole project. We have been in our house almost a year and I am still impressed with the quality and how perfect our dream home is. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to build their new home!
