We are originally from Iowa and decided to return after living 20 years out of state. While researching housing options online we started working with Denise at Graf Real Estate. When we came to area to purchase she made herself available in adverse weather conditions to show properties. We made an offer that day that was accepted. She has also referred us to other services locally we are in need of. Additionally she assisted with a minor issue after closing that was completely resolved the same day. If we were to purchase again in the area we would use her.

Denise was the best! I chose her initially over other agents because of her responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile as I already have a lot on my plate. She helped me find the perfect home for my family and made herself available whenever I needed her or had questions. As a first time home buyer I had tons of questions and she answered them all with patience and expert knowledge. She made this process so easy and as stress free as buying a house could possibly be. She really knows her stuff. Awesome negotiator. She gave awesome referrals for things I needed after the purchase. I highly recommend Denise. I am so happy and satisfied with my new home.

Denise from Graf selling team met me on short notice to tour some houses in Cedar Rapids. Her experience, local knowledge and expertise were all top notch. I was looking at a move from out of state and she was the perfect blend of trying to figure out my wants, offering suggestions and keeping me updated on new developments in market. Ive slowed down my search, but appreciate the professionalism, availability and support through my process. Would recommend!
