        My whole closing process was very stressful. It seemed everything was done in the last minute. In some cases, I didnt have timely responses from my realtor. This was the first time I sold a house. I didnt feel I had time to fully review the buyers proposals. Inspection documents were not forwarded timely before a response was needed to be provided.Buyers demanded resolution of some of the inspection issues even with a short closing cycle and trying to get contractors scheduled. At times, I felt my realtor was working for the buyer and not my interests. I attribute some of this to inexperience and age. The closing was completed as scheduled and my experience was not good.

        Cathy Hill (no relation) was so helpful in our search for a new home. We werent 100% certain of what exactly we wanted, yet she was patient and showed us several homes before we found the one. She and her team are professional, and quick to respond to texts, phone calls, and emails at any time, day or night, even on the weekends. Would 100% recommend Cathy!
