My realtor is Loren Carroll who served as my buyer's agent. Loren made me feel that my business was his top priority. Loren set me up with an app where I received the most up-to-date new listings In my price range, at least twice a day. Any property that I wanted to view Lauren got us in to view the property ASAP! Lauren always answered or immediately returned my phone calls and it was the same with my text messages. I felt we were in constant communication about what I wanted to purchase. When I found the perfect property for me Lauren's negotiation skills and his knowledge of the market was amazing to me and in the course of negotiations he was able to save me 16% off of the asking price. I was ready to pay the asking price it seemed fair to me. But with Lauren's knowledge of the market he told me that we could do better and through his negotiation skills we did. Lauren helped me save thousands upon thousands of dollars on my purchase for which I am eternally grateful. So to sum this all up it would be a mistake if you are not using Pennie Carroll and Associates to help you with your real estate business. And, in my view if you can secure Loren's services you will have one of the best agents available anywhere!
