Katie is simply the best! We were living 2 hours away and wanted to move back to the Des Moines area. It was hard to look at houses being so far away with the market being so hot. Katie worked with us when we could be in town to look at places but also would give us virtual tours! We ended up getting our house because of her virtual tour she did for us.
