Erika was an awesome realtor and we would 100% work with her again and recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the greater Des Moines area! She made time to look at sooo many houses with us until we found the one. She is authentic and knowledgeable. We came from Montana and knew nothing about the market here in Des Moines. She let us know when an asking price was too high for an area. She also helped us navigate the many neighborhoods and narrow down our hunt. She would send us houses to consider, which was helpful and seems uncommon in realtors now that Zillow exists and we greatly appreciated the help. Erika is a 10/10. She makes you feel important and safe in the overwhelming world of house hunting.

We loved working with Erika, and we highly recommend her for anyone wanting to buy a house. She helped us understand what we wanted and what would suit our budget. She brought as many viable options to us as were available at the time, including a wonderful house we ended up purchasing. Erika is very knowledgeable. She offered great advice and assisted every step of the way, from initial house-hunting to the inspection to negotiations with the seller to the logistics of closing. She went above and beyond for us. Five stars!

Erika Hansen is a true professional who has a strong working knowledge of the real estate process. She is easy to work with and her real focus is to meet the needs of her client and not hers. I found her to be organized, honest, dependable, friendly, caring and responsive to all emails and texts. She is even willing to go the extra mile after the close of the property. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any buyer/seller in the real estate market.
