Horrible service high prices and hard to talk to a live person !

The worst. This is what happens when we allow companies to have a monopoly on an area or service. Over priced, slow, horrible automated system that hangs up on you if you need to call about your account, deliberately hides their customer service number on their website to push you to use a chat feature that doesn't work. Right now I can't even sign into my account on their webpage because my browser keeps throwing up an error saying their webpage is not secure. That tells me they don't even maintain their website. As soon as another provider comes to my neighborhood I'm dumping this price gouging dumpster-fire of a "internet provider".

I like how Centurylink has a license to steal from you. I pay for 100 mbps, and I never get above 80. Makes we want to start my own Internet service company, because I know I wouldnt have to provide reliable service and I can still charge premium prices.
