This is the worst internet company on the planet, nice calm breeze knocks the internet out its ridiculous how bad it is, I've had this internet for 1 week now and not a single time has it stayed connected all day.

Terrible service will try to overcharge you every chance they get even if they promise to lower your bill will increase automatically and have to call to correct each month till you cancel. Avoid them

Had this for over 6 years for a business and we are unable to contact customer service to solve a tech issue. When calling another number we found out that it is a third party selling service that handles all their new business sells and has no access to service. If we don't figure out how to get a hold of service today, we will need to find a new company to handle this. The worst service i've seen, even worse than mediacom. At least they answer.

Husband tried to get service with them once. They sent the stuff we needed in the mail which is fine. Said we could set it up ourselves but then charged us a set up fee and when he called then they told us it was for the person who came out to set it up. We never even got it to work. We never got to use their service because we needed someone to come out to set it up. Went round and round for about a week. Sent it back with rma they gave us.

Anyone who gives Windstream 5 stars is a employee of Windstream and truly has NEVER suffered them as a phone company. No dial tone, no internet, and NO SERVICE! Yet they insist on being paid. Windstream is a criminal underhanded organization that, with the permission of Iowa's politacally corrupt, steals from small business and the poor by NOT providing 911 service or a dial tone. A pharmacy in Manchester simply gave up because, without dail tone or internnet, they could not function. Windstream steals from the poor to gives to the greedy rich. I hope they rot in hell!
