Constantly locking debit cards with no call to verify. Hope you don't like to spend your money the way you want. Hope you don't want 24 hr service. Get your card locked for no reason and need gas or food and have plenty of money in the bank... better hope it's not after 5 pm or before 9am or a Fri Sat sun.. this has happened 5 times now. My card has never been stolen or account compromised. They like to decline regular online purchases too. God forbid you use Amazon for large things. So so very done with terrible bank support.. People in the branch have been good though. Sometimes seem bothered to assist you but everyone has bad days so can't be mad at that. The poor review comes down to their fraud lock that locks regular stuff. And being stuck outside a gas station unable to use my money for. Food and gas to get to work. Embarrassing inconvenience that didn't have to happen. Their fraud line should have called. They should have 24hr debit service it's just automated to cancel your card not for bank help

Got me a new debit card in 30 minutes flat, impressive. Great staff and service, will be banking at central bank for life!
