Our experience with Horizon was fantastic! Kyle and his crew made the move a perfect one. They were efficient, meticulous, and cared about the outcome. We had no damage despite moving on a rainy then snowy day across state lines. I would highly recommend them without hesitance!

They responded to my request very quickly, especially when I needed a local storage place and a full-service moving within a week. I spent about 1k for this move, including two rounds of loading/unloading and storage, for a worth of 50 boxes (some are heavy items) and stairs. Considering the amount of effort and time put into the move if ever done by DIY, I was glad that I chose to ask them to do the job professionally for the cost. They were willing to work around my schedule and to get the job done as efficiently as possible. I might ask for their help if I would move again. Thank you guys! A few notes, if ever helpful: 1. Be straightforward and certain about what kind of help/service is needed when calling them. They hang up calls as soon as the conversations are done. They were very busy, so I just kept following up for details. 2. The boxes after unloading were very dusty. Maybe it can offer better customer experience by making the storage and trucks cleaner. 3. I had a few boxes with multiple fragile stickers on them. I wished that they were not stacked with other boxes.
