We used this company, associated with Allied, to move from Bettendorf Iowa to Atlanta Ga. Most everything went wrong and was handled with gross incompetence and non professionally. The packers they sent were school kids who did not know what they were doing. The truck arrived late in Atlanta. The driver brought his girlfriend along and kept disappearing. He was also rude and used obscene language. Several pieces of furniture were damaged and they broke off the front of the washing machine. They did replace the washer and repaired the furniture, but not everything could be repaired. We have moved several times and this was our worst experience by far.

I could not be more disappointed in the quality of the packing with this company.  Their packing boxes read "Allied, The Careful Movers".  Nothing could be further from the truth.  We had numerous broken items for which we have submitted a claim for reimbursement, but even more disappointing was the very large number of items with scratches, scrapes and other damage for which we couldn't file a claim.  There were numerous boxes where our items were merely jammed down inside with no protective wrapping whatsoever.  I told the agent that I have done a better job moving myself with newspaper and boxes from the grocery store than they did with their "professional team" of packers.  Their response "we are really sorry".  No offer to refund a part of our moving cost, just over $14,000, to rectify the situation and to help offset the cost of the numerous small repairs we must do ourselves.  Poor performance all the way around.  Our next move, in about 18 months, will certainly not be with any Allied Moving company.
