Residence Inn by Marriott Davenport

Gained employment here last month. After a few nights I was harrased about a hat I wore into the building before I even hot the chance to clock. I said "I'm not on the clock yet I can where what I chose to till I am." MIND you the lady that told me this was not my boss. After that they took me off the schedule and called to fire me sayin I wouldn't be a good fit after someone who wasn't a manager or authority figure of any kind told me she was my boss. Guys I wouldn't recommend working here as that was a month ago and I never got paid. Every time I call they say they'll call me back and never call. Do not apply here and do not give these crooks your hard earned money this hotel I also spotted roaches in one the rooms

Service varies widely from phenomenal to abysmal depending on who you get. Some staff are welcoming and accommodating and others are absent and unhelpful. Noise during most the day can't be helped due to remodeling, but there were metal scrappers right outside my room every night for a week. I got their plates and everything and staff was dismissive and said they couldn't do amything but "watch the cameras." Maybe call the police? Would not at all have felt safe if I was traveling with family. Stay away until all staff learns ownership.

I wasn't here long. For the time I was, while looking for another hotel. The room smelled so bad. Like they're trying to cover up the odor with another smell. They're updating the hotel but I guess they're not updating the walls with holes, and scrapes. The fire alarm went off randomly too, twice.
