        A bit hard to get a hold of but I have a sample size of 1. So it may just have been a fluke.

        Hired them to fix a ceiling fan. Charged me 4 hours labor plus $100 ladder fee to diagnose my fan was broken. (I could have told you that, and btw the guy called me to ask if anyone was around to help him with his ladder when he was on his way.) Get a call a week later saying they screwed up their billing and estimate, and if I want my fan fixed, they are gonna need to charge me 4 EXTRA hours of labor on top of what they originally quoted plus another $100 ladder fee. So $500 extra, on top of the original quote just to fix it. So now I'm out my original money, and STILL have a broken ceiling fan. Terrible customer service, and terrible to work with. Don't use these guys!
