Made an appointment last week waited all morning for them to come and they did not show up. Finally, called to see what was the ETA and the receptionist said “that the storm created “emergencies†and they would not be able to get to me today.†Instead, I would be put in a wait-list and hope that they can get to me soon. I would NOT recommend this business bc your appointment means nothing and and you will need to get in the back of the line, if there’s an “emergencyâ€.

I had an appointment with them for a whole houes backup generator, They even called this morning to confirm my appointment So I took off work early waited 2 hours and they never showed up, No call No show, I will never do business with them

The crew that installed my whole house back up generator was very good. I watched the entire installation just because I was interested in how things are done, and the crew and I discussed the process from beginning to end as it went. They kept me informed of what they were doing and why, so I could understand and agree with every step. The only thing I didn't like about the entire experience was the LACK of feedback from this company as I awaited my delivery & installation! It was originally scheduled for September arrival, but I heard nothing from them until I called them about September 16. At that time they told me it had arrived and needed to be checked out and scheduled for installation. 2 weeks past with NO feedback, so I contacted them again, but they had no extra information about my generator. ANOTHER 2 weeks past, so I contacted them once again, and was told something to the effect that they're working on my project, and it was just about finalized. I finally got my generator installed on November 3. During the run up to the expected delivery date, based on the original sales person and agreement, and the approximate 6 weeks that follow my initial phone call, I had to initiate ALL conversations with the Electric Dr. The ONLY time they called me was after I called them to ask what's going on, and insisted on being kept informed. They were always very apologetic when I talked to them, but even when I asked to be kept more informed of the ongoing process, nothing improved. I believe they would do a lot better overall, if their customer service and/or installation planning staff would take a few minutes to contact the already sold generator set customers to spend 1 or 2 minutes letting them know where things stand. Otherwise, the customer is left in the dark, watching day after day go by, with winter approaching, wanting to put their yard back in place after the installation but before bad weather arrives, and wondering if ANYTHING is going to happen, or will we go through another winter with power outages and no back up system to rely on.
