Over all great experience. Only issue was a couple week delay as the part they ordered arrived in the right box with the wrong part inside of it. Not there fault. Michael Holder kept us up to date on an ETA and work being completed. If he didn't answer the phone when called he made sure to give me a call back. Answered emails quickly as well. Treated us very nicely. Repair work looks great and they made sure to clean the vehicle as well before we came to pick it up. Great work.

I took my car to Smart Body Shop in February 2024, a 2022 Lexus IS 300 Eminent White. My car had damage from road debris and had scratches and scrapes on the front bumper in the front lower middle, front lower right, and some of the bottom of the bumper lip. Tom Brennan was the advisor at Smart Body Shop who took care of me. The body shop did a very nice job on my car. Having been a body shop employee, a detailer, and being OCD about my car, I am a very difficult customer to please or impress. I know what to look for and how. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the work this shop did. I cant even tell that anything touched the bumper. The blending was done well, the body lines are good, and nothing additional was damaged during the work. The car was returned to me clean and complete, and it was done sooner than I expected. I was also able to pick my car up at 5:30 on a Friday, which was awesome. Tom Brennan and the staff took good care of me. Thank you to the team for treating my car as I would have treated anothers, I very much appreciate it. I would recommend this shop to others.

I dont know why they even have a phone number when they never answer the phone and they never call anybody to update on their vehicles my cars being done date has changed 3 times and Ive never received a phone call or email from them saying that just having to take time out of my busy schedule to stop and hopefully pick up my car and then getting told its not done seriously how professional is that!!
