Inaccurate google hours or inattentive secretary or understaffed. Either way unacceptable. If your Google hours say open and I call 5 times with no answer you get a bad review.

Beware. AutoGlass Solutions is a third party. With that being said, they replaced my windshield initially with a quality, factory equivalent windshield, however it sustained a stress fracture and was covered by the warranty. This is where it gets sketchy and poor ethical standards. The warranty work and replacement is sub standard, unfinished, no stock tint windshield. When I brought this to the attention of the "techs" they wanted to argue that it's the same as prior. I told them it was unacceptable and I supposedly got a partial refund from the "third party" that hasn't been deposited back on my card. I took it to their big box competition and was told it is the lowest grade of replacement and not comparable to OEM grade. The techs response is well it's a third party that orders it.. how convenient they can shift the blame on a third party that is located in Cedar Rapids Iowa. Beware of the game, and use caution if it's warranty work it won't be OEM quality. Service: Auto windshield replacement
